Chef De Partie - Vacancy


Lindrick Golf Club (LGC) is a private members’ Club located approximately 4 miles from Worksop in South Yorkshire. Host of the 1957 Ryder Cup it is one of England’s finest inland golf courses and has a reputation for excellence.

Applications are invited for the position of an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team of two. Reporting to the Head Chef to provide a quality catering service to all users of the Club. Including: -

• A full range of meals from breakfast to early evening according to season

• Formal private functions

• Post event dinners

The role offers a good work life balance. You will be required to work 24 hours per week, including work at weekends (no split shifts). Rate of pay is from £8.50 - £10.00 per hour based on skill set and level of experience.

Essential Requirements

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role

• Qualified as a minimum in Hospitality and Catering - NVQ Level 1

• Qualified in Health & Safety - Level 2

• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask

• Flexible and adaptable to handle a demanding workload

A rare opportunity has arisen, and we are now inviting applications for the position of an experienced Course Manager.
